clovertime.pro is a reference site about Clover Time. There is no sign-up and nothing to buy, so little personal data is ever in play. This page says what happens when a page loads.
What a page request leaves behind
Any web server logs the requests it answers. Ours keeps an IP address, a timestamp, the requested path, the referring page if your browser sent one, and a user-agent string. Those lines keep the site up and make abuse such as a scraping flood visible; they are never assembled into a profile.
You are never required to give a name, an email address, a Roblox username, or a payment method. The only optional field is the contact box in the feedback form, described below. Anything you volunteer by writing to us stays in that mailbox and is used only to answer you.
What the feedback form stores
The Feedback button sends your note to our server only when you press Send. We store the feedback type, your message, the contact you chose to give (if any), the page you sent it from, a timestamp, and the country code Cloudflare reports for the request. We do not store your IP address with the note. Notes are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database and forwarded to the site owner by email so we can act on them. To have a note deleted, email contact@clovertime.pro with roughly when you sent it and what it said.
Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
We use two analytics services to learn which guides people read and where pages are confusing:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) records pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location, and events such as sending feedback. It may set first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*). Google explains its use of this data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. - Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement so we can see heatmaps and replay sessions. Clarity masks text you type into forms. It may set cookies such as
_clckand_clsk. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Clarity’s privacy disclosure.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are treated as not having consented: both services run with storage denied, so no analytics cookies are set for them. We do not sell this data, combine it with feedback notes, or use it to identify you. The site shows no advertising.
You can also block these services with your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker; the site works fully without them.
Where this site sends you next
Guides link out to Roblox experience and group pages, the official Clover Time Trello board and Discord server, and the guide sites we cite. Follow one and you are on somebody else’s property under their terms, and we have no visibility into what they collect.
Server logs rotate out once they stop being useful for security and capacity work.
Your choices, and how to reach us
With no account records on our side, the personal data we may hold is a feedback note you chose to send; email us and we will delete it. Analytics data is held by Google and Microsoft under the data-retention settings of our accounts with them.
Questions about this policy, or a request to delete an email you already sent, go to contact@clovertime.pro. When the site’s setup changes, the rewritten text replaces what you are reading, so this page always carries the wording in force.
