Everything to do with clovertime.pro is handled at one address, by the same people who write the Clover Time guides. There is no support department behind it and no queue to escalate through.
The address that works
Write to contact@clovertime.pro. There is no web form, no ticket queue, no phone line, and no support account on any social platform. Anything presenting itself elsewhere as official Clover Time Wiki support is not us.
Corrections, missing codes, disputed numbers, partnership offers, and press questions all land in the same inbox. Putting the page URL in the subject line moves things along, and a sentence on what looks wrong is worth more to us than a screenshot with no context. If you are reporting a new code, say where you saw it (the official Trello board, the Discord server, or the game itself).
Copyright and privacy messages
Rights-holder complaints follow the steps on the copyright page. Including the URL and the basis of your claim in the first message saves a round trip and usually gets the material dealt with the same week.
Privacy questions, such as a request to delete an email you already sent, reach the same inbox and are answered by whoever runs the site, not by a vendor. The site runs no advertising and no analytics, so there is no third-party tracking data to ask about.
What to expect back
Replies normally go out within a few business days. Takedown notices and privacy requests are handled first; suggestions for new pages are all read, though not every one gets an individual answer. Messages in other languages are read too, but a reply may take longer.
What we cannot do is help with problems inside the game. Lost items, bans, refunds, failed Robux purchases and accounts you can no longer reach are matters for AnimeCore Studio through their own channels, listed on the official links page, or for Roblox Corporation. We hold no game account access and no moderation tools of any kind.
